If you want to share how you are feeling with somebody, whether that’s a family member or friend, a colleague, your GP or a stranger, here are some links you might find useful, including advice and encouragement on starting the conversation.

If you want to talk to somebody at work, seek out one of your Mental Health First Aiders if you have them; chances are you will find their details on your intranet or noticeboards. Alternatively, speak to someone you trust and feel comfortable with, whether that’s your manager, a colleague, someone in Occupational Health or HR.
