Farming & Rural Charities

RABI is the charity at the heart of farming, providing expert mental health and wellbeing support, as well as financial, emotional and practical help to farming people in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

FCN is voluntary organisation & charity that supports farmers and families within the farming community. They are based in Northamptonshire.

YANA provides help for those involved in agriculture and other rural businesses affected by stress and depression. They operate in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire.

The DPJ Foundation supports those in the agricultural sector with poor mental health. They are based on Wales.

Childline is a free, private and confidential service where you can talk about anything. They also have an area of the website devoted to feelings, including mental health and anxiety, stress and panic.

PAPYRUS is the national charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide. Available to anybody under the age of 35 experiencing suicidal thoughts, or for anyone concerned that a young person could be thinking about suicide.

A game changing mental health service for young people. Stop.Breathe.Think gives eligible young people aged 8-21 access to free 1-1 counselling sessions. No wait times and available nationally, providing vital support to those who need it right now.

Winston’s Wish provides services for any bereaved young person up to the age of 25, regardless of who they are grieving or when they became bereaved, plus advice for adults supporting bereaved children and young people.
