Supporting you to support others

Are you committed to supporting your employees, colleagues or students?

Do you want to help influence your workplace culture and put mental health and wellbeing firmly on the agenda?

Do you want to be able to recognise the signs of declining mental health in those around you and know how to positively intervene?

If the answer is yes, have you considered training to be a Mental Health First Aider?

If you have a minor accident at work, you’ll seek out a first aider who will help treat it, might give you some advice or recommend where to get the information you need. If it’s more serious and something that they can’t help you with, they’ll support and refer you to a qualified medical professional.

And the same goes for mental health first aiders. They’re not a qualified mental health professional but are someone approachable, knowledgeable and discreet for people to turn to in confidence when struggling with their mental health.

We are offering individuals the opportunity to become trained Mental Health First Aiders through our fully funded training programme.

We’re delighted to be partnering with WiseMind to deliver our Mental Health First Aid training. Based in the East of England, they provide adult and youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA England) courses across the UK, as well as bespoke training packages and support services for employers of any size, employees, individuals and local communities.
